Job descriptionOur client is a well-established Electrical contracting company with over 40 years’ experience in the Industry. Our expertise extends across the Commercial, Industrial, Renewable & Domestic sectors. We pride ourselves on delivering the same high-quality service, Commitment and Loyalty to all our customers.Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage accurate cost estimates, budgets for Commercial / Industrial / Solar PV projects.
Conduct tender analysis and manage subcontractor procurement and negotiation.
Monitor project progress and provide regular financial reports to senior management.
Ensure cost-control measures are implemented and adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.
Assess value variations, manage interim payments, and agree final accounts.
Liaise with site teams, architects, engineers, and external consultants to ensure commercial objectives are met.
Support the development of junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Prepare cost & progress reports v forecast for Management teams.
At least 2 years’ experience in managing estimates, budgets for Commercial / industrial / Solar PV projects.
