- Oversee and coordinate all clinical aspects of home care services in the Clare region.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop person-centred care plans.
- Provide clinical supervision and support to Care Supervisors and Health Care Assistants.
- Ensure compliance with HIQA standards and company policies.
- Support recruitment, induction, and ongoing training of care staff.
- Participate in the on-call rota as required.
- Liaise with multidisciplinary teams, GPs, and external agencies to promote best practice in home care delivery.
- Registered Nurse with NMBI (active PIN required).
- Minimum 2 years post-registration experience, ideally with 1 year in a supervisory role but not essential.
- Experience in community, elderly, or home care nursing desirable.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Full, clean driving licence and access to own transport.
