Clinical Lead- Ennis, Co Clare

• Oversee and coordinate all clinical aspects of home care services in the Clare region.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop person-centred care plans.
• Provide clinical supervision and support to Care Supervisors and Health Care Assistants.
• Ensure compliance with HIQA standards and company policies.
• Support recruitment, induction, and ongoing training of care staff.
• Participate in the on-call rota as required.
• Liaise with multidisciplinary teams, GPs, and external agencies to promote best practice in home care delivery.

• Registered Nurse with NMBI (active PIN required).
• Minimum 2 years post-registration experience, ideally with 1 year in a supervisory role but not essential.
• Experience in community, elderly, or home care nursing desirable.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Full, clean driving licence and access to own transport.
