Job Description:The main focus of this role is to provide best in class operation support and insights to the Client Service Manager and Field Sales Managers. The Role Holder will be a champion for the CPM values of We Care, We are Curious, We Achieve Together at all times, both internally and externally with the Clients, whilst delivering on-time and professional presentation of designated operational activities. The ideal candidate must have a third-level qualification in business, marketing or a relevant field and relevant experience in business development, operations or management or related profession.Key Responsibilities:Analyse operational and CRM data (e.g., Salesforce, SAP) to identify process bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions that drive efficiency and SLA improvements.Review KPIs and performance metrics regularly, perform root-cause analysis, and collaborate with teams to implement performance-boosting solutions.Lead cross-functional workshops to map workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.Act as an internal consultant to business systems leads, support system enhancements, specify future-proof requirements, and coordinate user acceptance testing.Manage and support automation initiatives (e.g., SharePoint workflows), delivering measurable time savings and process standardisation.Support Client Service Manager with presentations, contracts, and reporting to ensure strong client relationships and performance visibility.Coordinate operational tasks including financial reporting, vendor engagement, purchasing, and field team support.Prepare and distribute client reports and audit summaries in line with contract timelines and quality standards. Organise client and internal meetings/conferences and handle issue resolution for field and client queries, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.Present project updates to leadership, negotiate scope changes, and ensure timely, disruption-free rollouts.
