  • You will plan how to meet demand with available supply, convert demand into a supply plan, and create supply plans based on capacity, inventory, lead times, and use-by dates.
  • You will develop and maintain production schedules, issue daily production plans, balance production and inventory levels with demand, and analyse production data to optimize planning.
  • You will design daily plans to maximise production efficiency and minimise unnecessary changeovers.
  • You will Manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or excesses, monitor inventory movements, and ensure the correct quantities of ingredients and raw materials are planned.
  • You will collaborate with procurement, intake, dispatch, production, and demand planning teams to balance supply and demand, and communicate production plans and status updates to stakeholders.
  • You will identify opportunities to improve production efficiency, reduce costs, and implement and monitor production process improvements.
  • You will review and report on OTIF misses and forecast accuracy with commercial teams.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years in high-volume perishable goods planning (meat, dairy, ready meals).
  • Experience in scaling production(managed ≥10M units/year).
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, macros, Power Query).
