- Tenancy Management: Oversee all aspects of tenancy administration for landlords, lease terms, serving as the primary contact for tenants.
- Reporting: Compile and present regular performance reports to stakeholders.
- Tenant Relations: Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and requests, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor rental payments and manage arrears efficiently, implementing timely follow-up actions.
- Maintenance: Proactively identify and address maintenance issues before they occur, liaising with contractors to obtain quotes and oversee necessary repairs.
- Move-Out Management: Coordinate tenant move-outs and facilitate seamless utility transfers.
- Property Preparation: Collaborate with the Lettings Team to prepare properties for re-letting, ensuring readiness for new tenants.
- Performance Optimization: Strive to achieve optimal results in new lettings, occupancy levels, and lease renewals.
- Licensing: Must hold a relevant PSRA C license
- Car: Full driving license holder and your own car (free parking available at head office)
- Experience: 3 or more years of experience in residential tenancy management.
- Legislative Knowledge: Strong understanding of landlord and tenant legislation, RTB regulations, and statutory property obligations.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with strong negotiation skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Word and Excel.
- Client Engagement: Confident in engaging with clients and tenants both in person and over the phone.
- Relationship Building: Ability to develop long-term relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Work Ethic: A proactive approach with attention to detail, capable of working independently while contributing to team goals.
