
Life & Pensions Manager

- Lead and manage the paraplanning/admin function, ensuring team targets are met
- Prepare high-quality financial plans and suitability reports post-client meetings
- Process applications and liaise with providers to ensure seamless policy administration
- Oversee onboarding documentation, compliance checks, and CRM data integrity
- Review and improve internal processes for efficiency, quality, and compliance
- Work closely with senior advisors to ensure a consistent, accurate support function
- Collaborate with compliance to maintain excellent regulatory standards
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a positive, high-performance culture
- Minimum 5 years' experience in financial services, ideally within a brokerage or advisory firm
- Fully QFA qualified
- Strong knowledge of life, pension, and investment products
- Experience with tools like Voyant and WealthTrack is an advantage
- Excellent report writing, organisational, and analytical skills
- Comfortable leading a small team while still hands-on in day-to-day output
- Strong understanding of compliance and back-office operations
