- Oversee daily operations across all hotel departments.
- Maintain guest satisfaction and handle service recovery with professionalism.
- Ensure health, safety, and security standards are met at all times.
- Liaise with Heads of Department to ensure efficient staffing and operations.
- Lead and support teams during peak times, including lobby and F&B areas.
- Conduct building patrols, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and presentation.
- Manage and document Duty Manager handovers and daily briefings.
- Assist in training and mentoring staff to uphold service excellence.
- Coordinate with contractors and oversee deliveries as required.
- Act as the key contact for VIPs, events, and guest show rounds.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as Duty Manager or other operations management role in a quality, large four-star property.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and guest service abilities.
- Calm and confident in handling challenges.
- Flexible, hands-on, and team-oriented.
