This role supports operational projects and initiatives that improve sales processes, tools, and communication to enable IMAX’s global revenue growth.What You'll Do:Insights & ReportingAssist in sales reporting and deals system management to track global sales pipeline and deals signing.Maintain global sales shared drive, documentation, and prepare recurring sales reports (weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly).Assist in tracking sales expenses and compiling quarterly overviews.Sales and Client SupportAssist in creating and updating global sales presentations and materials.Support regional Sales VPs in inbound client inquiries and requests.Compile and maintain marketing assets and resources.Cross-Functional CoordinationSupport cross-functional initiatives with Finance, Accounts Receivable, Installations, and Marketing to enable sales growth.Assist in sales events planning and logistics coordination.Research & AnalysisConduct market research to support sales data analysis and strategy building.Leverage Gen AI tools to compile and present insights that enable business growth or improve process efficiency.What You'll Need:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.1-3 years of experience in sales operations, business development, or business and strategic planning preferred.Highly organized with strong attention to detail.Clear communicator who enjoys working cross-functionally with global teams.Strong interest in data analysis, forecasting, and operational problem-solving.Comfortable working with data in Excel and learning new systems and tools.Curiosity and willingness to learn.Nice to Have:Experience with or interest in Generative AI tools for template building, data analysis or process optimization.Second language proficiency in a European or Asian language is valuable but not required.At IMAX, you will be part of a culture built on respect – we are committed to creating a welcoming and diverse atmosphere across our organization.For consideration, please apply online.
