Operations Manager

• Lead the setup and daily operations across multiple sites
• Own P&L performance, forecasting and budget control
• Ensure health & safety, food hygiene and franchise compliance at all times
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and retail standards
• Ensure SOPs are communicated and observed for all processes, ie opening/closing, cash handling, stock management etc

• Recruit, onboard and lead high-performing managers and teams
• Set and maintain a strong company culture from the ground up
• Implement training, appraisals and performance management
• Ensure all HR processes are compliant and documented
• Champion communication, motivation and team development

• Oversee stock control, product ordering and supplier coordination
• Ensure full availability of stock across all categories
• Lead audits, waste tracking and loss-prevention initiatives
• Manage delivery schedules and inventory processes
• Maintain high standards in storage and rotation

• Establish safety procedures and carry out risk assessments
• Ensure site security and manage contractors/maintenance
• Enforce licensing, data protection and workplace safety laws
• Keep detailed reporting and records up to date
• Support continuous improvement across all locations

• 10+ years in hospitality management (multi-site experience preferred)
• Proven success in operations, HR and supplier negotiations
• Management qualifications and food industry credentials
• Hands-on leadership style with entrepreneurial energy
• Full clean driving licence essential
