- Lead the setup and daily operations across multiple sites
- Own P&L performance, forecasting and budget control
- Ensure health & safety, food hygiene and franchise compliance at all times
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences and retail standards
- Ensure SOPs are communicated and observed for all processes, ie opening/closing, cash handling, stock management etc
- Recruit, onboard and lead high-performing managers and teams
- Set and maintain a strong company culture from the ground up
- Implement training, appraisals and performance management
- Ensure all HR processes are compliant and documented
- Champion communication, motivation and team development
- Oversee stock control, product ordering and supplier coordination
- Ensure full availability of stock across all categories
- Lead audits, waste tracking and loss-prevention initiatives
- Manage delivery schedules and inventory processes
- Maintain high standards in storage and rotation
- Establish safety procedures and carry out risk assessments
- Ensure site security and manage contractors/maintenance
- Enforce licensing, data protection and workplace safety laws
- Keep detailed reporting and records up to date
- Support continuous improvement across all locations
- 10+ years in hospitality management (multi-site experience preferred)
- Proven success in operations, HR and supplier negotiations
- Management qualifications and food industry credentials
- Hands-on leadership style with entrepreneurial energy
- Full clean driving licence essential
