This is a high-impact role managing key B2B manufacturing accounts across Ireland, with responsibility for delivering sales growth and outstanding service.This is a hybrid/remote opportunity where your week will consist of working from home or travelling to meet with clients.What's on offer:Competitive Salary & Bonus Structure (up to 20%)Company Vehicle & PhoneHybrid opportunity - 2/3 days between office/ working from homePension and VHICareer GrowthTraining & DevelopmentWhat You'll Be Doing:Sales Budget Ownership: Manage and grow your sales accounts, with a focus on achieving double-digit growth in line with your budget goals.Training & Development: Enhance the skills of local sales and technical teams through targeted training sessions and field visits at key accounts.Relationship Building: Cultivate long-lasting relationships with partners and customers in your assigned territory.Strategic Sales Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and close new opportunities within both your existing customer base and major, competitively-held accounts.Time Allocation: Expect about 30% of your time dedicated to prospecting and organic sales, with the rest spent on account management and service.Customer Collaboration: Work closely with current and prospective clients to understand their needs and recommend improvement plans that will help maintain and grow your sales.Stakeholder Engagement: Develop relationships with key stakeholders, including plant or facility executives, to ensure long-term success.Global Alignment: Collaborate with corporate and area managers to deliver on the company’s global sales strategy, while focusing on local execution.What We’re Looking For:Fluency in English (both written and oral).A dynamic, entrepreneurial spirit with a proven ability to work independently and drive results.60% Travel within your territory is required.A degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial) or Life Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, etc.) is preferred, but other degrees will be considered.A valid driver’s license and an acceptable motor vehicle record.At Quorum Search Partners we respect your privacy.
