We're working with a respected and expanding financial services business seeking to appoint a Financial Advisor to support and grow their client base across Dublin and surrounding areas. The role offers flexibility, a strong commission, and a company with a record of promoting from within as the business continues to grow.This role suits a commercially-minded advisor with a strong background in pensions, protection, and investment planning. You'll work closely with an existing book of clients while developing new opportunities through networking, referrals, and your prospecting efforts.With administrative support provided and access to an integrated team across life, pensions, investments, and mortgages, you'll have the tools to succeed in a collaborative, client-first environment.What you'll be doing:Advising clients on a range of solutions, including pensions, life cover, income protection, and investmentsManaging and growing a book of clients through regular reviews and proactive outreachDeveloping new business through personal networks, referrals, and marketing activityMaintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirementsWorking closely with internal teams to deliver outstanding client outcomesWhat we're looking for:QFA qualification, additional qualifications such as RPA, AIIPM, or CFP are a bonusMinimum of 2-3 years' advisory experience in life and pensions, ideally in a brokerage settingProven ability to meet sales targets and build trusted client relationshipsConfident communicator with a professional, client-focused approachWhat's on offer:Competitive base salary €60k to €75k, bonus & a strong commission structurePension scheme, income protection, and life coverCPD support and exam sponsorshipCompany phone, laptop, and paid expensesParking providedThis is a superb opportunity to join a well-established and values-driven business where you'll have the autonomy to grow your portfolio and make a long-term impact.Interested?
