- Meeting with clients to understand their goals and assess their financial situation
- Providing advice across areas such as retirement planning, investment strategies, and personal protection
- Creating tailored recommendations backed by detailed analysis
- Helping clients make confident, informed financial decisions
- Maintaining strong long-term relationships through excellent service
- Supporting and mentoring team members where appropriate
- Staying on top of regulatory standards and ongoing professional development
- QFA qualified with at least 2 years' experience in financial advice
- A strong understanding of pensions, investments, and protection products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working independently or as part of a team
- A professional and ethical approach to all aspects of client work
- Salary: €50,000 - €65,000 depending on experience, plus performance-based commission
- Remote-first or hybrid working options, with team support available in Dublin
