We're excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Financial Adviser to join a well-established and growing financial advisory business. With a strong client base across the public and private sectors, this is your chance to play a key role in delivering expert financial advice while enjoying the flexibility of primarily remote work after two weeks of training. The firm takes a responsible and ethical approach to financial advice, investing significantly in educating people on Financial Wellbeing.The RoleAs a Financial Adviser, you'll work closely with individuals and organisations to understand their financial goals and provide clear, independent advice across pensions, protection, investments, and mortgages. This is a client-facing role that blends expert financial planning with ongoing relationship management.Your day-to-day will involve:

Meeting with clients to understand their goals and assess their financial situation
Providing advice across areas such as retirement planning, investment strategies, and personal protection
Creating tailored recommendations backed by detailed analysis
Helping clients make confident, informed financial decisions
Maintaining strong long-term relationships through excellent service
Supporting and mentoring team members where appropriate
Staying on top of regulatory standards and ongoing professional development

What We're Looking For

QFA qualified with at least 2 years' experience in financial advice
A strong understanding of pensions, investments, and protection products
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working independently or as part of a team
A professional and ethical approach to all aspects of client work

What's on Offer

Salary: €50,000 - €65,000 depending on experience, plus performance-based commission
