Scrum Master/Agile Coach (Advanced Agile Certifications, Leadership, Continuous Improvement)Galway, Ireland12 month contractOur client in the financial services industry is actively looking to hire an Agile Coach to enrich their team with deep agile knowledge and a passion for continuous improvement. This is a hybrid role, requiring you to be in the Galway office for one consecutive week each month.You will act as a catalyst for change, coaching, mentoring, and guiding teams and leaders to enhance their agile practices. Your mission will include advising on agile principles, facilitating training to evolve agile behaviors, and actively working to improve agile metrics and value delivery. Collaboration across domains and product areas to strengthen the agile culture and practices within the organization will be key.Essential Experience:

Advanced Agile-related certifications (e.g., RS@SP, CAL, ICP-ACC) with a proven application record.
Several years of Agile Coaching experience, including team-of-teams coaching.
At least 4 years in an agile leadership role (Scrum Master, Product Owner, etc.).
Experience with Jira and Jira Align preferred.
Financial services industry background preferred.
