Hartley People in partnership with our client are recruiting an Account Executive to join their dynamic and rapidly expanding team in Waterford.This is your chance to excel in a role at a thriving company, where the company specialize in delivering award-winning IVR testing solutions to Multinational Contact Centres. Our client caters primarily to Fortune 500 Organizations with a focus on enhancing customer communication experiences.The Role:
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our SaaS platform and its application in addressing client requirements.
  • Cultivate and sustain relationships with our Enterprise Fortune 500 clientele.
  • Comprehend their needs thoroughly and facilitate their attainment through the utilization of the company platform.
  • Oversee all reporting activities concerning the health and performance of client accounts.
  • Ensure the CRM system is consistently updated with accurate client information.
  • Proactively identify additional support requirements to effectively meet client needs.
  • Actively seek out and establish new partner relationships as necessary.
  • Conduct client training sessions on the utilization of the company platform.
  • Deliver insightful analysis and monthly reports to clients.
  • Flexibility to travel is essential.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience or understanding of IVRs or Telecommunications is advantageous.
  • Demonstrates genuine interest and capability in understanding clients as individuals, as well as comprehending the organizational dynamics in which they operate.
  • A proactive problem solver with a keen sensitivity to client needs.
  • Capable of bridging client needs with various stakeholders effectively.
  • Exhibits exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Proficient in leveraging analytical skills and collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Demonstrates adeptness in organizing client workflows and collaborating with diverse business functions.
  • Possesses strong presentation skills.
  • Embraces a balanced approach, knowing when to inject levity and enjoy the work environment.
