Wildflower Cafe RatoathWe are looking for a full time assistant manager to join the team at our busy cafe Wildflower. The successful candidate must be friendly, outgoing and energetic. Immediate start available and you must be eligible to work full time hours.Supporting the Café Manager in daily operations, including overseeing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high-quality food and beverage standards.- Ensuring adequate staffing levels are met in line with rostering requirements when manager off duty- Oversees all cash management functions. Ensuring timely and accurate reporting.- Ensuring all staff are properly trained in day to day running of the unit and use of the POS system.- Ensure accurate reporting of sales- Knowledge of Bizimply is preferable-Barista experience required.Essential Criteria

Previous relevant experience working within a busy restaurant/café environment
Good verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Reliable and flexible and able to keep calm under pressure
A positive attitude and able to take instruction
A high standard of personal hygiene and appearance
Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
Basic knowledge of Health & Safety and HACCP
