- A degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of HR experience, including generalist business partnering and at least one additional area of HR expertise (e.g., Talent, Reward, ER).
- A collaborative and proactive approach, with the confidence to advise and influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-oriented culture.
