A leading global healthcare company is seeking a HR Business Partner to join their high-performing team at their Sligo manufacturing site.This permanent position offers the opportunity to support a significant portion of the site’s workforce and partner closely with senior leaders across multiple departments. The role also offers strong career progression, with a pathway toward senior HR leadership opportunities across Ireland and globally.About the RoleReporting to the site HR Manager, the HR Business Partner will act as a trusted advisor to managers and senior managers, supporting approximately 50% of the site’s headcount. You’ll collaborate with internal HR functions and external sites to deliver best-in-class HR solutions aligned with business objectives.You’ll lead or contribute to areas such as:

Talent Development and Succession Planning
Employee Engagement and Culture Initiatives
Recruitment and Onboarding
Employee Relations and Policy Advice
Reward and Recognition / Total Rewards
HR Metrics and People Analytics

You’ll be the primary HR point of contact for your assigned business groups and will work in close partnership with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and HR Shared Services to ensure consistent and proactive support.Why Apply?

Your BackgroundWe’re looking for someone who brings:

A degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline.
5+ years of HR experience, including generalist business partnering and at least one additional area of HR expertise (e.g., Talent, Reward, ER).
A collaborative and proactive approach, with the confidence to advise and influence senior stakeholders.
Strong commercial awareness and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-oriented culture.
