Field Sales Manager - Home, Garden, DIY & FMCG Sector Location: Dublin HQ + Nationwide Travel Employment Type: Full-time Reports To: Sales Director About the Role: We're seeking a dynamic Field Sales Manager to lead sales growth across Ireland in both the Home, Garden & DIY and FMCG sectors. This hybrid role combines field-based client engagement with strategic collaboration at HQ. You'll manage a team, drive new business, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support field sales and merchandising teams Develop and execute strategic sales plans Manage pipeline and drive revenue growth Identify new business opportunities across channels Build and maintain strong client relationships Analyse market trends and competitor activity Represent the company at trade shows and events Provide detailed sales reporting and performance insights Promote a customer-first culture across the business Travel nationwide to meet clients and team members Create impactful sales proposals and presentations Skills & Experience: Proven experience in field sales or business development Strong relationship-building and influencing skills Strategic thinker with commercial awareness Experience in FMCG and/or DIY sectors (preferred) Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to manage cross-functional teams and projects Results-driven with strong analytical skills Full clean driver's licence
