Field Service Technician

• Installation & Service: You will be responsible for the installation and servicing of automatic calf feeding equipment on farms across Ireland.
• Customer Support: Provide excellent customer support through on-call services, troubleshooting issues on-site and over the phone.
• Planning & Scheduling: Plan and schedule farm installations, manage servicing of machines, and ensure high standards are maintained.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Technical Team, sharing information and building strong relationships with customers.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate installation and service records using the company's CRM system.
• Inventory Management: Manage inventory of spares and consumables in the service van.
• Health & Safety: Ensure strict adherence to all Health and Safety rules and procedures.

• Technical Certification: Level 6 Diploma or relevant technical certification/trade in a mechanical, electrical, or related field is desirable.
• Driving Licence: A full, clean driving licence is essential.
• Experience: Minimum three years in field service work in the agricultural industry, particularly in the dairy sector, is preferred.
• Technical Knowledge: Excellent technical and mechanical knowledge, with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Problem-Solving: Solutions-driven with attention to detail.
• Flexibility: Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing work schedules.
• Communication Skills: Fluent in English with excellent verbal, written, and IT skills.
• Commercial Awareness: Confident and commercially aware.
