- Market Analysis & Strategy Development:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and potential partnerships within the region.
- Develop and implement regional growth strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Identify target markets and key accounts, focusing on both corporate and leisure sectors.
- Business Development & Client Acquisition:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities within the region.
- Generate new leads and convert them into long-term business relationships.
- Drive the sales process from prospecting to contract negotiation, ensuring optimal outcomes for the company.
- Revenue Growth & Sales Performance:
- Develop and meet sales targets, revenue goals, and performance metrics for the designated area.
- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to create and execute campaigns that drive bookings and overall revenue growth.
- Monitor competitor activity and propose pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and local businesses.
- Provide exceptional customer service and act as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
- Collaboration & Cross-functional Teamwork:
- Collaborate with the operations, marketing, and revenue management teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and customer satisfaction.
- Work with hotel managers and staff to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for senior management.
- Analyse sales data and customer feedback to improve sales strategies and operational efficiency.
- Brand Promotion & Networking:
- Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
- Promote the companys reputation and offerings through effective branding and networking initiatives.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, with at least 3 years in the hospitality industry. Experience managing multiple properties is preferred.
- Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry and market trends.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and nurture strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
