
Senior Systems Engineer

- Network L1 experience in managing Cisco switches and network devices.- Provide second-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other end-user devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and software issues, escalating as needed.
- Administer and maintain servers, including installation, configuration, and patch management.
- Assist with network troubleshooting and configuration tasks.
- Participate in vulnerability management activities, including scanning, remediation, and reporting.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement ITSM best practices and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Document support activities, solutions, and procedures for knowledge sharing and process improvement.
- Participate in IT projects and initiatives, contributing to design, implementation, and testing efforts.

- Strong experience in vulnerability management including scanning, remediation, and reporting.- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in desktop support, with a strong understanding of Windows operating systems.
- Basic knowledge of server administration, including Windows Server and/or Linux.
- Familiarity with networking concepts, protocols, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience with vulnerability management tools and practices.
- Understanding of IT Service Management principles and ITIL framework.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
