- Conduct audits, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies.
- Manage bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
- Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis.
- Collaborate with senior accountants and partners to deliver comprehensive client services.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards, tax laws, and industry regulations.
- Utilize accounting software and tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Provide excellent client service, addressing queries and offering financial advice.
- Participate in continuous professional development to progress towards full qualification.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- In-progress qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) in accounting or auditing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office applications.
