- Plan, execute, and complete audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients in accordance with auditing standards.
- Perform substantive testing, analytical review, and risk assessment procedures.
- Prepare clear and accurate working papers and audit reports.
- Liaise directly with clients to gather information and resolve queries.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and on-the-job training.
- Review financial statements for compliance with relevant accounting frameworks.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and value-added recommendations.
- Qualified or part-qualified ACA/ACCA or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years' audit experience in practice (medium practice experience an advantage).
- Strong knowledge of Irish GAAP and relevant auditing standards.
- Proficiency in accounting and audit software (e.g., CaseWare, Sage).
