Working on a modern, cloud-native platform used by financial institutions globally, you'll help scale Agile practices, streamline delivery, and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.Responsibilities:Lead Agile ceremonies, drive team collaboration, and embed Agile best practices.Coach and support two teams delivering microservices-based solutions.Remove delivery impediments, manage risks, and foster continuous improvement using Agile metrics.Work closely with Product, Engineering, and DevOps to ensure business alignment.Requirements:4+ years' experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I, or equivalent).Experience working with Java Spring Boot teams and cloud-native platforms.Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile delivery methodologies.Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and Agile metrics.
