- Respond to customer queries regarding international shipments, customs documentation, freight tracking, and delivery schedules.
- Take a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of communications, shipments, and account activity using internal systems.
- Keep customers informed with timely updates on order and shipment status.
- Coordinate with transport providers, freight forwarders, and internal departments to ensure seamless delivery operations.
- Generate reports, update relevant systems, and assist in tracking and managing account information.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent service and regular communication.
- Experience in international shipping, logistics, or customer service roles.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and logistics software.
- Clear and professional communicator with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to multitask and stay focused in a busy environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- A good understanding of customs processes, Incoterms, and international trade practices is essential.
