- Provide comprehensive executive and board support, including preparing reports, presentations, and managing meeting logistics.
- Coordinate and manage commercial operations by developing workflows and maintaining dashboards.
- Support business development activities by gathering and synthesizing market and commercial insights.
- Manage all commercial team travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reporting.
- Organise and oversee critical meeting schedules and ensuring timely follow-up on action items.
- Assist with internal and external communications to ensure information flows smoothly to all relevant stakeholders.
- 2+ years of experience in an executive assistant, business operations, or commercial coordination role.
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with CRM/reporting tools.
- Proven ability to support director-level executives, handle confidential information with discretion, and manage multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration skills with finance, commercial, and operations teams, including travel coordination.
