Desktop Support EngineerContract | €170/day+ | Dublin Our client eagerly seeks an experienced Desktop Support Technician on a contract basis, valuing both technical prowess and strong communication skills to maintain seamless ICT operations. Responsibilities:Build laptops using scripts, InTune, and provided documentation.Provide 2nd and 3rd-level support for desktop, application, mobile platform, and network issues.Assist in Desktop OS and application rollouts, including testing and documentation.Support IT and business projects such as SharePoint administration and endpoint security configuration. Requirements:Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a similar role.Proficiency in Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems (Windows 10/11) and MAC OS.Familiarity with iOS and Android mobile operating systems.Experience with PowerShell, MS Azure/Office 365.
