Confidence in managing KPIs, cost controls, and driving revenue.About the roleDuties will include:Support the General Manager in overseeing daily hotel operations to ensure excellence in service, profitability, and guest satisfaction.· Drive revenue growth and cost control, submitting regular financial reports and forecasts.· Maintain high standards across all departments, ensuring SOPs are current and staff are fully trained.· Lead guest experience initiatives, actively engaging with customers and responding to feedback..
