The role includes hands-on practical work, the participant will learn a variety of skills supporting senior employees as Administration Assistant in our office. This is a training and work experience opportunity; no prior experience in this role is necessary. Accredited and/or sector recognised training will be provided to support your placement. The successful candidates will be mentored in, and assist with the following day-to-day tasks. • Assist and support administrative duties as required. • Assist the supervisor and other members of the team to identify and implement work practices that will improve both the efficiency and quality of the work produced • Assist transport team with scheduling collections and or deliveries when required. • Adhere to safe working practices and contribute to the creation and maintenance of a healthy and safe working environment, ensuring PPE is worn in order to comply with the Health & Safety practices at the plant. • Participate in staff training and development activities to improve present and future performance. Adhere to the Code of Good Employment Practice and the Rehab ethos • Office based role with on-site visits to production area as and when required. • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided and must be worn as required.Role Description This is a training and work experience opportunity; no prior experience in this role is necessary.
