- Provide excellent customer service by anticipating and addressing guests' needs promptly and professionally
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all work areas, including kitchen and dining spaces
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and a positive work environment
- Assist with various tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support different departments
- Comply with health and safety regulations, as well as specific food service guidelines
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with empathy and professionalism
- Contribute to creating an inclusive and welcoming atmosphere for both guests and team members
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
- Support inventory management by reporting low stock levels and assisting with restocking when required
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written
- Proven teamwork and collaboration skills
- Adaptability and problem-solving capabilities to handle various situations effectively
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Physical stamina to stand and move for extended periods
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Previous experience in a similar role, particularly in the food service industry, is advantageous but not essential
- Passion for delivering exceptional service and creating positive guest experiences
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings as required
- Basic computer literacy for using point-of-sale systems and other relevant software
