About The RoleFDM is a global business and technology consultancy seeking a Test Manager - Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) to work for our client within the Financial Services sector.This is initially a 12-month contract with the potential to extend and will be a hybrid role that will be based in Dublin.Our client is seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead end-to-end testing strategy and delivery across a large-scale Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) technology programme. This role will focus on driving functional and non-functional testing, automation adoption and governance across complex system integrations supporting regulatory and operational processes.You will work closely with programme leadership, technology teams and third-party vendors to ensure quality standards are embedded throughout the delivery lifecycle and that testing supports the successful implementation of a new CLM platform.Responsibilities:

Define and implement the overall test strategy across the CLM programme
Lead end-to-end testing across Functional Testing, SIT, UAT, Regression and Performance Testing
Drive the transition from manual testing to automation-led quality practices
Establish quality gates, governance standards and audit-ready documentation
Coordinate testing across system integrations, data platforms and downstream systems
Partner with Engineering, DevOps and Business teams to embed quality throughout delivery
Manage internal and third-party testing resources and vendor deliverables
Track progress against delivery milestones and manage risks, issues and dependencies
Develop regression test packs to support post-deployment BAU operations
Provide status reporting, QA KPIs and dashboards to senior stakeholders
