- End-to-end project ownership from initiation to customer handover and project closure.
- Ability to manage and align the project senior stakeholders, both internally at Fenergo and externally with our clients.
- Client Outcome focussed, so actively managing and shaping the client engagement towards the common success goal is key.
- Identification and management of risks and issues throughout the project, including internal and external escalations where appropriate.
- Managing enterprise scale integrations / migrations as part of our implementations.
- Work closely with product teams to ensure we are delivering the optimal outcome aligned with product capability.
- Financial responsibility for the project, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting on revenue/margins/resourcing. Owing the creation and tracking of Statements of Work.
- Support with sales personnel on pre-sales tasks towards successful contractual agreement.
- Degree in Business/Technology or equivalent.
- Formal project qualification such as PMP or PRINCE2 qualified desirable.
