Accounting ManagerLocation: DublinSalary: €78-€95kHybrid: 3 days on siteExcellent BenefitsMy client, a global leader in asset finance, is hiring for an Accounting Manager to oversee leasing finance operations within a dynamic, high-performance environment. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with senior stakeholders, influence financial strategy, and build the reporting framework from the ground up. As the business establishes and grows its Dublin operations, the successful candidate will have the chance to shape accounting processes, policies, and team culture. It’s an ideal position for a qualified accountant with strong technical knowledge of IFRS, proven team leadership, and experience in regulated or complex finance structures – someone eager to put their own stamp on a growing, high-impact finance function.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial & Statutory ReportingOversee the preparation of monthly financial results and statutory reports in accordance with IFRS and internal accounting standards. Ensure timely, accurate reporting to senior management, corporate finance, and auditors.Variance Analysis & Risk OversightPerform and present detailed variance analyses to the Leasing executive team. Identify, escalate, and help manage key financial risks across the business.Period-End Close & ControlLead the monthly and quarterly close processes. Maintain accuracy and consistency across ledgers, schedules, and journal entries for leasing-related entities. Monitor off-balance sheet treatment for IRE debt structures.Team LeadershipManage and support Leasing Accounting Analysts, building a high-performance culture grounded in accountability and technical excellence.Stakeholder CollaborationPartner with FP&A, Shared Services, Syndications, and Consolidations teams to ensure alignment and accuracy of syndicated asset values and broader leasing results.About You
  • ACA Qualified 2-3 years PQE
  • Proven leadership experience
  • In-depth knowledge of IFRS and local statutory requirements
  • Experience with complex financial instruments such as leasing and derivatives preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills; SAP or other ERP experience preferred
  • Exposure to automation tools (e.g. Alteryx) and process improvement initiatives is a plus
