The Role;Continuing our growth trajectory, we are inviting applicants for a Home Surveyor role to support our expanding Design department completing pre-install surveys for homes about to undertake home energy upgrades.The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, have strong interpersonal skills and the highest attention to detail.About Ashgrove Renewables;Established in 2001, our company has expanded its team and offering by over 225% since 2021, following the successful launch of our Home Energy Upgrade division. With more than 20 years of expertise in delivering cost and energy savings nationwide, we are proud to have completed over 15% of SEAI’s One Stop Shop and CEG projects in Ireland in 2024.Description of ResponsibilitiesComplete pre-install home surveys as required
  • Follow processes and checklists provided to identify potential issues pre-install
  • Undertake site specific project mark-ups & agreement with clients
  • Maintain all records and appropriate paperwork regarding client installations
  • Liase with both internal /external stakeholders to book and execute surveys
  • Report all weekly activities through our CRM
  • Full training will be provided
Requirements
  • Min 2 years electrical or heating work experience desirable
  • Full clean driving licence
  • Safe Pass
  • Flexibility to cover a predefined territory - predominantly Munster.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
