- Provide general administrative support to the Operations Manager
- Maintain and update records, files, and documentation
- Assist with data entry, report preparation, and document formatting
- Support compliance and quality audits by preparing required paperwork
- Help coordinate schedules, meetings, and internal communications
- Liaise with other departments to ensure timely flow of information
- Assist with ordering supplies and managing vendor communications
- Other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
- Previous administrative experience in a busy office environment (healthcare setting preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Discretion and confidentiality are essential
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- A background or experience in the healthcare sector is preferred
