- Full ownership and accountability for all assigned accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, effective client relationships.
- Forecast and achieve sales targets in line with business objectives.
- Oversee timely ordering and delivery of stock to meet demand.
- Develop and expand the product portfolio and promotional plans with retail partners.
- Provide regular performance updates and insights.
- Implement and execute strategic plans in alignment with the overall business blueprint.
- Act as a key liaison between the UK and Irish teams to ensure seamless communication.
- Participate in UK team meetings and sales calls to stay aligned on objectives.
- Collaborate with Category Managers to ensure consistent execution of strategy.
- Process all retailer promotional claims accurately and in a timely manner.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for retailers regarding claim submissions and timelines.
- Partner with the Head of Finance Ireland and retail partners to resolve any financial queries or disputes.
- Strong experience working in sales or retail buying. Knowledge of product area is preferable.
- Highly client-focused, with a strong commitment to exceeding client expectations.
