- Preparing Monthly Management Accounts for a number of branches.
- Prepare detailed quarterly accounts to tight deadlines.
- Analysing and Reporting on any variances in the Branch accounts.
- Preparation and distribution of KPI’s to the leadership team.
- Maintain and Report on Groups Fixed Asset Register.
- Running Monthly/Weekly Payroll.
- Ensuring compliance to Revenue.
- Assisting with tax matters including VAT and corporation tax.
- Managing the Annual External Audit.
- Assisting with Budgeting and Forecasting.
- Manage and report monthly on Key Balance Sheet Items.
- Assisting with group reporting.
- Thorough and practical understanding of management accounting principles and techniques.
- Understanding of business and financial issues.
- Proactive, ability to use own initiative and willingness to accept responsibility.
- Capable of working under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Ability to multi-task and manage a varied workload.
- Ability to be flexible, with an understanding that requirements can change.
- Attention to detail.

- Proficiency with financial software.
- Advanced MS Excel and Word skills.
- Strong communication and collaborative skills.

- BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree.
- Previous experience working in a similar role.
- Recognised professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA.
