Summary of role:We are looking for a Full-Time Stockroom Supervisor to join our busy store in Dunnes Stores, Bishopstown Court, Ardrostig, Cork. This position covers 40 hours per week with shifts across Monday to Sunday, working mainly Monday to Friday. Candidates must be flexible to cover shifts across all opening hours from 8 am to 10 pm. Please be sure you can commute to and from the store for early starts and late finish times.This role is maintaining and managing stock in a small, designated area for Nourish only products within the larger Dunnes Stockroom.Shifts worked on Sundays and hours worked over 39 hours are paid at time and a half. Bank Holidays are paid at double time and we currently pay on a weekly basis.This role is located within a concession of a fast-paced supermarket environment.   • Keeps the stockroom & cold-room areas clean, tidy, and organised.
  • Ensures high store standards of cleanliness and compliance with health & safety.
  • Can plan and prioritise workloads and delegate accordingly.
  • Can lead, drive, and motivate the team to meet daily targets.
  • Has strong communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Has strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrate respect, trust, and integrity always.
  • Builds strong relationships with Dunne's Store Management teams to facilitate positive relations and promote a harmonious working environment.
  • Is a team player.
  • Has a minimum of 1-year previous retail experience (an advantage).
  • Has relative qualification (beneficial).
  • Has an interest in progression to a leadership role (an advantage).
