- Hunt down new business opportunities across public and private sectors like a caffeinated bloodhound
- Charm the socks off clients (figuratively… usually)
- Build relationships so strong they should be reinforced with steel
- Develop strategies, compelling pitches, and proposals that make our clients exalt (We are not just another FM provider)
- Work with Operations teams to make the impossible a reality
- Part detective, part therapist, part spreadsheet warrior
- You’ve got experience in B2B business development — ideally within Facilities Management hard and soft services, energy management or related industries
- You understand the power of good service and even better relationships
- You’re strategic, self-motivated, and a natural communicator
- You’re as comfortable at a boardroom table as you are on a site tour
- You see potential in people, places, and possibilities
- Fluent in PowerPoint, persuasion, and comprehensive follow-ups
- Obsessed with KPIs and Dashboards and still cool at conferences
- Able to sell ice to penguins, then offer maintenance on the ice
