- Produce fast, accurate cost estimates for tenders across building and civil engineering projects.
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing.
- Ensure smooth handover of estimates to project teams.
- Monitor market trends and macro conditions to inform winning strategies.
- Mentor junior estimators and support career growth.
- BSc in Quantity Surveying or relevant qualification.
- 10+ years’ experience in building and civils estimating, ideally as a Senior Estimator.
- Experience with main contractors on Residential, RC Frame, Retail/Commercial, Civil, or Infrastructure projects.
