Our client, a prestigious and iconic department store is seeking talented store managers to join the team in Dublin as a Designate Deputy Store Manager.This role will support their high-volume stores across Dublin in achieving best in class across Fashion, Home and Food departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record leading multi-department teams, thriving in high-volume environments, driving sales and profitability, and delivering outstanding customer service experiences.This senior retail manager job is suited to a current Store Manager or Assistant Manager from a high-volume retail chain. Fashion Management experience is essential for this role.Key Responsibilities as Senior Deputy Store Manager

Drive sales growth and profitability within Fashion and Home departments across key Dublin locations
Support the Store Manager in enhancing both operational and commercial performance in high-traffic stores
Motivate and support department teams – including managers, supervisors, and sales associates – to consistently achieve and exceed KPIs
Elevate the customer experience through expert service delivery, product knowledge, and exceptional visual presentation standards
Develop team performance via ongoing training, engagement, and strong leadership
Analyse trading and P&L data to identify opportunities and implement strategic action plans

Skills and Requirements for this role

Proven experience managing high-volume retail operations with teams of 30+
Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a strong track record of developing high-performing teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Results driven, with a demonstrated ability to lead large teams and consistently exceed KPIs
A strong background in visual merchandising, commercial operations, and both fashion and home retail is required.
Can train in different Dublin stores – ideally driving or on a good commuter belt.

Competitive salary:
Flexible 4-day or 5 day working option (40 hours per week)
