These jobs include: Construction Operatives, Machine Drivers, Carpenters, Scaffolders, Block Layers, Crane Drivers & Banksman, Shuttering Carpenters & Steel Fixers, all of which will be placed on temporary weekly contracts.The successful candidate will demonstrate the following traits:Enthusiastic, motivated and well organizedComing from a previous office-based role with a customer service background (not essential)IT literateWorking knowledge of construction advantageousHold a full clean driving licenseAbility to work on own initiative and as part of a close knit teamFast learner who strives for ongoing improvementExtremely hardworking and flexibleSpecifications for the role:Conduct candidate searches for required disciplines through database/online advertising/social media etc.Registering candidates through telephone interviews, leading to face-to-face interviewsEnsuring all necessary candidate documentation is gathered and kept on filePlacement of suitable candidates on individual contractsDelivering high levels of customer service to both candidates and clientsDeveloping strong relationships with clients to help grow our businessGenerate new leadsWork as part of the 3D Team3D Personnel encourages a meritocratic working environment, where everyone has the opportunity to be promoted based on their efforts and achievements.
