The Ecommerce Executive will be responsible for maintaining and optimising content across the Hugh Jordan Group's websites, ensuring products are presented accurately, engagingly, and in line with SEO best practices. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams to support the company's ecommerce growth. Key Responsibilities * Upload, update, and manage product and content across all Hugh Jordan Group websites. * Optimise website content for SEO to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings. * Ensure product information, images, pricing, and descriptions are accurate and consistent. * Monitor website performance, flagging and resolving issues related to content, usability, and functionality. * Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align online content with campaigns and promotions. * Support in planning and executing ecommerce strategies to improve user experience and conversion rates. * Analyse website performance metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. * Stay up to date with ecommerce trends, SEO updates, and digital best practices. Requirements * Minimum 2 years' experience in an ecommerce role. * Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, content management systems, and SEO principles. * Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. * Degree in Ecommerce, Digital Marketing, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). * Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team. * Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and report on performance.
