  • Investigate & Resolve: Handle reported issues, from account support requests to potentially abusive content, via our ticketing system.
  • Enforce Standards: Monitor and enforce our client's Terms of Use, ensuring a safe and respectful community.
  • Stay Informed: Become well-versed in our client's products and community standards.
  • Market Insights: Use your knowledge to find scalable solutions for our user community.
  • Data Analysis: Gather and analyse relevant data to enhance the overall user experience.
  • Trendspotting: Recognise trends and escalate issues beyond policy guidelines to our global team.
  • Efficiency: Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
Skills & Competences:
  • Resilience: Operate effectively in a fast-paced, pressured environment.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on empathy.

Skills:
  • Fluency in Russian.
  • Proficiency in English (B2-C2).
  • Due to specific client requirements, this role is only open to those who, having lived in Russia, have a strong understanding and affiliation with Russian culture and linguistic nuances.
Contract:
  • Full-time, permanent.

  • Working Hours: Day shift (9-5.30).
