- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Process orders
- Take payments
- Pack samples and send to customers
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Perform other clerical receptionist/admin duties
- Provide support to sales team
- Provide cover for annual and sick leave
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work well in a busy environment and under pressure
- Excellent customer service skills (in person, phone and email)
- Ability to prioritise tasks

- Time and a half for anything over 39 hours
- Office hours Mon-Fri 9-6
