Clare.ResponsibilitiesLead the Marketing team to achieve business targets and drive growth.Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies across all market segments.Drive and grow the hotel's wedding business, building relationships with planners and couples.Maximise room and event revenue, including conferences, weddings, corporate and leisure.Proactively target new business opportunities and maintain strong key account relationships.Oversee digital marketing, brand presence, PR activity and promotional campaigns.Work closely with management on forecasting, budgeting and revenue planning.The above is a condensed outline of the role.
