A leading specialist contractor, widely regarded as a market leader in their field in Ireland, is seeking to appoint a Health & Safety Advisor to join their team.The company delivers high-profile projects across the data centre, pharmaceutical, and large-scale commercial sectors, offering excellent exposure to complex and technically challenging builds.This role will suit either a recent graduate or an experienced Health & Safety professional, with strong support, training, and mentoring available.Role

Support the implementation and maintenance of the company’s Health & Safety management systems on site
Carry out site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
Assist in the preparation and review of method statements and safety documentation
Work closely with site management and project teams to promote a strong safety culture
Monitor compliance with legislation, company procedures, and best practice
Report on incidents, near misses, and safety performance
Provide guidance and support to site personnel on all Health & Safety matters

Requirements

Level 7 Degree (or higher) in Health & Safety or a related discipline
Strong interest in developing a career in construction Health & Safety
Previous site experience is advantageous but not essential
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and IT skills
Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative

What’s on Offer
