- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs
- Supervise internal maintenance teams and external contractors
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
- Act as first point of contact for Health & Safety issues
- Monitor maintenance KPIs and optimize equipment uptime
- Manage maintenance budgets and procurement
- Oversee upkeep, renovation, and security of all properties
- Manage IT infrastructure related to store operations
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Handle leases, property documentation, and vendor contracts
- Coordinate space planning and new store openings
- Implement energy efficiency initiatives
- Manage facilities/property budgets and procurement
- Oversee inventory control, storage, and distribution
- Optimize warehouse layout and logistics
- Maintain warehouse management systems
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment
- Monitor stock levels, conduct audits, and manage replenishment
- Train and develop logistics, stock, and distribution teams
- Manage budgets and achieve KPIs
- Ensure compliance with health & safety standards
- Support ad hoc duties and projects in line with Avoca’s Growth Agenda
- Strong leadership and team management
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Proficiency in relevant IT systems/software
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance

- Related third-level qualification
- 5+ years’ experience in a multi-disciplinary support role, ideally in retail/manufacturing
