You will take full ownership of store operations – from delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales performance, to ensuring flawless visual merchandising, managing inventory, and leading a passionate, high-performing team.A genuine love of beauty and makeup is essential – you’ll be the face of a brand that lives and breathes creativity, innovation, and self-expression.Key Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional service and memorable customer experiences.
Take full accountability for the store’s commercial performance, consistently achieving and exceeding targets.
Manage all aspects of store operations including stock, compliance, and operational standards.
Drive and maintain world-class visual merchandising standards that reflect the premium nature of the brand.
Recruit, train, and develop a team who share your passion for beauty and excellence.
Represent the brand with pride as the leader of its flagship location.
Drive store sales across all departments including retail, artistry and services

What You’ll Bring:

Proven experience in retail management, ideally in beauty, fashion, or luxury lifestyle.
A strong commercial mindset with a track record of driving sales and delivering results.
