Excel Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a leading premium beauty and cosmetics brand to recruit a Store Manager for their flagship Dublin City Centre location. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing, innovative brand at the forefront of the Irish and international beauty industry.As Store Manager, you will take full ownership of the flagship store’s performance, customer experience, and team leadership. You’ll inspire and motivate your team to deliver exceptional service while driving commercial success.Key responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and develop a team of beauty advisors and supervisors to deliver outstanding service.
Drive store performance, focusing on sales growth, KPIs, and operational excellence.
Ensure the store reflects the brand’s premium standards in both service and presentation.
Implement effective stock management, visual merchandising, and compliance processes.
Build strong connections with customers, fostering loyalty and community around the brand.
Work closely with head office to execute launches, events, and promotional campaigns.

About you:

3+ years of store management, ideally within beauty, cosmetics, or premium retail.
A strong leader with the ability to inspire, develop, and manage a high-performing team.
Commercially astute, results-driven, and confident working with KPIs and targets.
Passionate about customer experience, with a natural ability to build relationships.
Organised, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
